Request an agreement
If you are a business customer and need a data processing agreement (DPA), email hello@topdoer.ai. This page is not itself a DPA. A DPA is effective only when both parties have signed it.
What to include
Tell us about your organization, the workflow you plan to run, the kinds of callers and contacts involved, the data fields, the providers you expect to connect, and any regional or industry requirements. Please do not send a production data export to start the review.
Review the processing chain
Authentication, hosting, voice, messaging, billing and email providers can each be part of the chain. Review our subprocessors, and tell us what you need about retention, access, incident communication, deletion and international transfers.
Sensitive workflows
A DPA does not by itself create a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), a certification, or approval for every kind of sensitive data. Healthcare, financial, payment and other regulated workflows need an agreement with the right scope, and we review them separately. For healthcare, we process protected health information under a signed BAA.
Before going live
Make sure the signed agreement matches your real deployment and use. Keep your instructions, account ownership and escalation contacts up to date as the workflow changes.
